Jeevan, from Mumbai Toastmasters, addressed a difficult issue regarding selling the Toastmasters concept to corporates. But his experience of salesmanship made it sound very simple. The four-step approach suggested by him threw light on how to not only begin the task but also take it to the end. He explained it satisfactorily. His approach was an interactive one and he answered all the questions being raised by the audience skilfully. I liked the manner he always confirmed with every person if their query had been answered or not. All in all a fantastic session. Looking forward to attending more such sessions in the future.
