They say A walk in nature brings the soul back home!! We say A meeting in the lap of nature fills the heart with hope!!
Nature often wears the colors of the spirit. It was 12th December 2023, Air was filled with colors of positivity, laughter, a sense of achievement, the pleasure of recognition, and motivation!!
The club’s Theme of the month was – Tourism and our TMoD – TM Jalpa Vaidya decided upon an interesting Theme for the Meeting – “Tourism with Green environment!!”
To enhance the beauty of the meeting and to break the indoor monotonous meeting routine, Our President TM Sakshi Shrivastava decided to conduct the meeting in the lap of nature to closely understand the theme and get a real feel !!

So no stable meeting setup for Online Joinees ?? Poor Audio Quality for Online Listeners ?? Only photos or short video clips for those members who can’t join in person at the Outdoor Venue ??
ALL WRONG ASSUMPTIONS..!!
All the members excitedly got involved in making it a successful Hybrid Setup, enabling both offline and online members to enjoy and participate in the meeting – taking up roles, volunteering for TableTopics and even giving exhilarated feedback.
Two prepared speeches and their evaluations, Mind blowing Table topics, and a wholesome General Evaluation… all under a few shady trees , the warm playful beams of sunlight along with a fresh yet delicate winter morning breeze … with just 4 devices – a charged Laptop, a charged mobile phone, a Bluetooth collar mic, and a tiny Speaker to hear Online speakers well… Of course a fantastic internet bandwidth too.
It was a super-quality experience !!
This was a Special Celebration Meeting, for many many reasons. Just 2 days ago, Our club RG Orators received many accolades from District98 at the recent Division J Conference – Jazeel 2023, held in Amdavad on 10th December 2023. Our VPM TM Raina Trivedi along with our Newest Member TM Gunjan Gupta, represented all of us and received each trophy and recognition with pride on behalf of the entire Club. It was time to celebrate the efforts and success of each club member and hence we decided to gather in Hill Park of our Reliance Greens Locality in Jamnagar to distribute these certificates and awards in person to all our achievers!! Our dearest past members had also joined us in person. It was a big motivation for all of us.
Some old-fashioned surroundings like fresh air and sunshine are hard to beat! One touch of nature makes the whole world kin and we all felt humbled and content during this meet!! We will continue our Celebrations and Successful Outdoor Hybrid Meetings throughout this Toastmasters year..
