Most of us overrate the role of luck and underrate the power of planning when it comes to shaping our careers.
On 26th January, we had the privilege of witnessing a Panel Discussion on the theme:
“Career Compass: Navigating Growth, Transitions, and Leadership.”
Our incredible panellists shared their inspiring journeys, proving that success isn’t a matter of luck but a result of thoughtful planning and action:
💡 Jitendra Vyas highlighted how dividing goals into short-term and long-term targets helped him achieve his dream role as QA Manager.
💡 Aayush Kogta emphasized the significance of experience, demonstrating how it allows professionals to transition between fields, as he successfully moved from International Business to leading Marketing.
💡 Dolly Thakurani shared how self-analysis of strengths, weaknesses, and surroundings is key to navigating and crafting your career path.
💡 Shiv Dutt Sharma, with 3 decades of industry expertise, reminded us that while planning is essential, it is action that truly drives results.
For us, the biggest takeaway was their humility—despite their accomplishments, they answered every question, including mine and the audience’s, with patience and a smile.
✨ Lesson: No matter where you land in your career, who you are and how you treat others is what leaves the most lasting impact.
